Try and keep your website as simple as that. Here are a few things to avoid.
1. There is no need to complicate things with music or someone speaking on a video that automatically starts as soon as they are on your site. Have the play button there as an option and they click it if they chose.
2. Do... not be those people that never respond to emails or comments made through the website. If you are going to have the 'Contact Us' tab then take advantage it, its an easy way to keep your sender happy.
3. Long, lengthy paragraphs of lingo. Keep your wording simple as well. We are all on the go and moving quick so if you can get your point across with less, it always better
